What counts as a settled deposit?
One deposit that we have confirmed arrived, matched to a user, and written to your ledger as a credit. Pending, failed and duplicated attempts are never billable — you only pay once money is genuinely spendable inside your app.
Which rails are included?
All of them, on every plan. Bank transfer, card, USDC and any supported chain use the same endpoint and the same webhook, so adding a rail later is a configuration change rather than an integration.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Sandbox is free and permanent, with the full API, webhooks and dashboard against test rails. Most teams have a test deposit funded end to end in under ten minutes.
What happens if a deposit needs manual review?
It gets flagged as an exception in the dashboard before it reaches your ledger, and you are notified. Exceptions are not billed. Our current exception rate runs below one in a thousand.
How does billing work as volume grows?
Growth is usage-based with no minimum. Once volume is predictable, Scale moves you onto a volume rate with a dedicated rail configuration — talk to us and we will size it against your actual settlement history.
